Abstract:
The tendency towards antiquity began in the Western world, and over time it spread to different parts of the world. In Iran, its foundation stone was laid during the Qajar period. Its founders sought to revive the pre-Islamic heritage of Iran in order to confront the Islamic religion. Since the history of Iran before Islam was intertwined with the Zoroastrian religion, the leaders of this plan used the Zoroastrians of India to implement it. In this regard, they carried out many social actions. They reconstructed many Zoroastrian buildings and revived Zoroastrian symbols. They achieved many successes in this field. Although this movement was interrupted with the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, the enemies did not give up and are trying to erupt this social problem. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines the social actions of the Zoroastrians of India in the spread of antiquity with the aim of recognizing and confronting this social phenomenon.
