Writers Guide

    A) General Conditions

    1. Submitted articles must have a research–analytical nature, logical structure, content coherence, and be properly documented and well-argued. Articles must be written in clear and fluent Persian.
    2. Articles should be submitted in WORD format with the .doc extension through the journal website at: http://nashriyat.ir
    3. The maximum length of articles is 25 pages (approximately 300 words per page). Submission of serialized articles is strictly prohibited.
    4. Complete author information must be submitted, including full name, academic rank/degree, full postal address, email address, phone number, fax number, and affiliated academic institution.
    5. Submitted articles must not have been previously published in domestic or international journals, nor as part of a book, and must not be simultaneously submitted to other academic journals.
    6. Translated articles are not accepted. Reviews of scientific articles or published works containing innovative topics relevant to the academic community may be considered. However, original research articles have priority.

    B) Article Structure and Formatting

    Submitted articles must follow an academic structure and include the following sections: Title, Author Information, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Main Body, Conclusion, and References.

    1. Abstract

    The Persian abstract (preferably accompanied by an English abstract) should not exceed 150 words and must briefly include the research problem, objectives, methodology, and key findings. Avoid references, arguments, section listings, or slogan-like expressions.

    2. Keywords

    A maximum of seven keywords relevant to the content should be provided.

    3. Introduction

    The introduction should define the research problem, review prior studies, explain the significance and necessity of the research, highlight its originality, state the main and sub-questions, outline the structure of the article, and define key concepts.

    4. Main Body

    The main body must meet at least one of the following conditions:

    • Presenting a new theory or original scientific findings
    • Providing a new interpretation of an existing theory
    • Offering a new argument supporting a theory
    • Presenting a comprehensive scientific critique of a theory

    5. Conclusion

    The conclusion should concisely present the detailed findings of the research in declarative statements. Avoid repetition of the problem statement, introductory discussions, arguments, documentation, or examples.

    6. References

    References should be listed at the end of the article as follows:

    • Books: Author’s last name, first name, year of publication, title, translator/editor (if any), edition (except first), place of publication, publisher.
    • Journal Articles: Author’s last name, first name, year of publication, “article title,” journal title, issue number, page range.

    7. Citations

    In-text citations should follow this format: (Author’s last name, year, volume, page number).

    C) Notes

    1. The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit submitted articles.
    2. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection within 4–6 months.
    3. After acceptance, publication rights belong to the journal. Reuse is permitted with proper citation.
    4. The content of articles reflects the authors’ views, and responsibility lies with the authors.
    5. Submitted materials will not be returned, whether accepted or rejected.
