Abstract:
Believing in the world after death and receiving rewards and antidote is one of the true beliefs of Zoroastrians, and this belief casts a shadow on all their beliefs. This belief is well expressed in religious texts in the ancient period (Avesta) and in the Middle Persian period (Pahlavi). Although these texts have explained this belief in a general way, each of them has explained or detailed some subsets of the world after death. In this research, by analyzing the religious texts of Zoroastrians in the periods of the early Avesta, late Avesta and Pahlavi texts, the changes that have taken place around the afterlife and life after death have been investigated and we have explained the concepts of eschatology in them and tried to understand the evolution of the concept of death in Let's examine these courses. Therefore, the main concepts related to the concept of death and individual eulogy have been identified and the texts have been analyzed based on them. The concepts of eschatology are generally expressed in Gahani texts, but these concepts are more fully expressed in Pahlavi texts. The course of development in these periods has been such that the concepts of eschatology have been transferred with continuity and relative uniformity in the texts of the ancient period and then to the middle period.
