This doctrine is rooted in Jesus' command to his companions. He ordered his companions to go to nations and gave them the glad tidings of Divine Dominion. Therefore, Christians believe that the message of missionary is Divine Dominion. The church must give people the glad tidings until Divine Dominion realizes. Accordingly, Christian society has had missionary activities individually or organizationally. The present paper tries to study the position and limits of missionary in Christian religious texts. Using a descriptive-analytical method, it expounds the concept of missionary, studies its scope and range, and proves that this doctrine has changed over the history. The research findings show that Jesus Christ and his Companions had apparently carried out missionary activities only for Israelites, but the missionary approach extended beyond Israelites since Paul's time. «تبشیر مسیحی» در زمره‌ی مهم ترین وظایف کلیسا محسوب می شود. ریشه این آموزه، به فرمان عیسی(ع) پس از رستاخیز برمی گردد که به حواریون گفت: بروید و امت ها را به ملکوت خدا بشارت دهید. بنابراین، به اعتقاد مسیحیان، پیام تبشیر ملکوت خداست. کلیسا باید تا تحقق ملکوت خدا، مردم را بدان بشارت دهد. بر این اساس، جامعه‌ی مسیحی به صورت فردی و یا سازمانی فعالیت تبشیری داشته است. هدف این مقاله، بررسی جایگاه و محدوده‌ی تبشیر در متن دینی مسیحیت است. این نوشتار، با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، ضمن تبیین مفهوم تبشیر، دامنه و گستره تبشیر را مورد مطالعه قرار داده، نشان داده است که این آموزه در فرایند تاریخ، دستخوش تغییر و دگرگونی شده است. دستاورد تحقیق این است که به نظر می رسد، عیسی(ع) کار تبشیر را فقط در خصوص قوم بنی اسرائیل به انجام رسانده باشد و باید حواریون نیز این محدوده را مد نظر داشته باشند، اما از زمان پولس، رویکرد تبشیر به خارج از بنی اسرائیل نیز تسری پیدا کرد. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_2.pdf
