Therefore, each of the monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam tries to show its connection to this Prophet. Understanding personalities of the Prophets in the Torah and the Qur’an can be the best device for familiarity with these personages and those religions and the best subject in interreligious studies. The present paper tries to do something in this way by investigating the characteristics of these personages in the Torah and the Qur’an, and enumerating the similarities and differences of views of the Torah and the Qur'an on these divine prophets. : اهمیت حضرت ابراهیم علیه السلام و فرزندان ایشان در ادیان ابراهیمی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. از این روی، هر یک را ادیان توحیدی یهودیت، مسیحیت و اسلام بر اساس کتاب آسمانی خود، می کوشد ارتباط خود با این بزرگواران را نشان دهد. شناخت شخصیت این انبیا در تورات و قرآن می تواند بهترین ابزار برای آشنایی با این اشخاص و آن ادیان باشد و بهترین موضوع را در مطالعات بین ادیانی ترسیم کند. این مقاله با بررسی ویژگی های این بزرگواران در تورات و قرآن، سعی دارد در این راه قدمی بردارد و شباهت ها و تفاوت های نگاه تورات و قرآن به این انبیای الهی را برشمارد.
