Accordingly, studying the biography of Prophet Moses and examining the principles and strategies of his leadership can pave the way for dealing with cultural crises for many organizations. Examining Quran’s verses and comparing it with the Torah, one can realize the comprehensiveness of the principles and strategies of Prophet Moses’ leadership in three stages: before the crisis, during the crisis and after the crisis. Some of the principles respected in his leadership are: determining a suitable successor, being accountable, supportive, change of appearance, transforming from within, taking immediate action, giving information, assertiveness, calmness, learning from the crisis, studying the crisis, and confronting with the crisis. In addition, some of his strategies to guide crisis in the three stages are as follows: imposing, inducing, explaining weaknesses, explaining strengths, imagery, labeling, discrediting, cleansing, clarifying, humiliating and eradicating. یکی از معضلاتی که می تواند برای سازمان‌ها و جوامع تهدید جدی محسوب شود بروز و ظهور بحران، به ویژه بحران‌های فرهنگی است. بر این اساس، مطالعه سیره حضرت موسی(ص) و بررسی اصول و راهکارهای ایشان در رهبری می تواند راهگشای بسیاری از سازمان ها در رویارویی با بحران های فرهنگی باشد. جامعیت اصول و راهکارهای رهبری حضرت موسی در سه مرحله پیش از بحران، حین بحران و پس از بحران را می توان با بررسی آیات قرآن کریم و مقایسه آن با تورات دریافت. برخی از اصول حاکم بر رهبری ایشان عبارت است از: تعیین جانشین شایسته، پاسخ گویی، پشتیبانی، تغییر ظاهر، تحول از درون، تسریع در اقدام، اطلاع رسانی، قاطعیت، آرامش، یادگیری از بحران، مطالعه بحران، و مقابله با بحران. همچنین برخی از راهکارهای ایشان در مراحل سه گانه رهبری بحران عبارت است از: تحمیل کردن، تلقین، تبیین نقاط ضعف، تبیین نقاط قوت، تصویرسازی، برچسب زنی، بی اعتبارسازی، پاک سازی، شفاف سازی، تحقیر کردن و ریشه کن سازی. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_44.pdf
