abstract = {The Qur'an contains many moral teachings. According to these moral teachings, Muslims must behave morally towards others or they are warned from behaving immorally. The moral obligations in the Qur'an are either imposed on a specific group such as believers and Muslims or on the people in general. This study tries to examine these moral obligations and it refers to Shiite Quran commentaries to identify, the scope of these obligations and the group of people and others wherever a command is given to behave morally towards people and others, is and it tries to answer the question whether the moral teachings of Islam are imposed on the people in general and include the dissents or on specific group of people. Among the verses to which the commentators refer when dealing with this question is the verse 83 in Surah Cow. This study seeks to examines the views of the commentators by emphasizing on this verse.},

abstract_fa ={قرآن مشتمل بر آموزه های اخلاقی فراوانی است. این آموزه های اخلاقی، مسلمانان را به رفتار اخلاقی با دیگران ملزم کرده یا از رفتار غیراخلاقی برحذر داشته است. الزامات اخلاقی قرآن، گاه مربوط به گروهی خاص همچون مؤمنان و مسلمانان است و گاه مربوط به مردم به صورت عام است. در این مقاله، سعی بر آن است که با بررسی این الزامات اخلاقی و رجوع به تفاسیر شیعی، محدوده‌ی این الزامات و دایره‌ی مردم و دیگران، در جایی که به رفتار اخلاقی با مردم و دیگران دستور داده شده است، مشخص گردد و به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که آیا آموزه های اخلاقی اسلام عام گرایند و ناهمکیش را نیز شامل می شوند یا خاص گرایند؟ از جمله آیاتی که مفسران در ذیل آن به بررسی این پرسش پرداخته اند، آیه‌ی 83 سوره‌ی بقره است که این مقاله با تأکید بر این آیه، به بررسی دیدگاه مفسران پرداخته است.},
