In addition to the scientific study about the Qura'nic view about doctrine of the resurrection in Judaism, this paper analyzes why the resurrection is not mentioned in the current Torah, and advances various explanations why the resurrection is not mentioned in this way , and then expresses the view it support. According to the held view, the Torah is a title for the Old Testament and all the books that are the sacred text of Judaism. The chosen view considers the Torah as a title for the Old Testament and all the books that are considered as sacred texts in Judaism, However, they are not part of the Old Testament nor declared as first-class Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha. A brief review of some of these texts shows that there is a trace of the resurrection is found in them. Consequently, with the held view hopes are high that what the Qur'an attributes to the Torah but does not exist in the Old Testament can be found in Apocrypha and pseudepigrapha. آیات قرآن نشان از آن دارند که در تورات ذکر «معاد» آمده است؛ ولی در تورات موجود یادی از معاد نشده است. این نوشتار افزون بر بحث علمی که بررسی دیدگاه قرآن درباره‌ی معادباوری یهودیت است، چرایی ذکر نشدن معاد در تورات فعلی را تحلیل می کند و آن به این شیوه است که تحلیل های مختلف درباره‌ی توجیه عدم ذکر معاد در تورات را مطرح کرده، سپس دیدگاه برگزیده‌ی خود را بیان می کند. دیدگاه برگزیده، تورات را عنوانی برای عهد عتیق و تمام کتاب هایی می داند که متن مقدس یهودی اند، ولی جزو عهد عتیق قرار نگرفته اند و با عنوان اپوکریفا و سوداپیگرافا، قانونی درجه‌ی اول اعلام نشده اند و با بررسی اجمالی برخی از این متون، ذکر معاد در آنها یافت شد. در نتیجه‌ی این دیدگاه برگزیده امید می رود مطالبی را که قرآن به تورات نسبت داده است، ولی در عهد عتیق نیست، بتوان در کتب اپوکریفایی و سوداپیگرافایی یافت. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_35.pdf
