This research argues that the structure of the House of Justice cannot be explained solely by traditional models of sovereign power, but rather it should be analyzed as a complex network of power relations that are exercised through religious discourse, disciplinary mechanisms and the management of social life. The findings show that the House of Justice, by employing discursive mechanisms, by exercising power through monitoring actions such as discipline and exclusion and inclusion, control in the name of management, by ignoring cultural and social diversity in society, not accepting criticism and opposing opinions, structural limitations and its structural dependence on world powers, seeks to create a submissive "Baha'i subject" and cultural assimilation under the banner of world peace, faces numerous structural challenges. The method of this research is qualitative-analytical, which seeks to answer the question of whether the House of Justice, in light of Foucault's power-knowledge discourse, can advance sustainable peace as a reliable institution, despite its challenges and limitations, in light of Foucault's criticisms? ساخت قدرت در نهاد بیت العدل عالیترین نهاد حکومتی بهائیت،که مدعی ارائه مدلی برای تحقق صلح جهانی ست؛ از منظر اندیشه میشل فوکو، با مفاهیم «قدرت- دانش»، «گفتمان»، «انضباط» و «زیست قدرت»، قابل نقد است. این پژوهش استدلال می کند که ساختار بیت العدل را نمی توان صرفاً با مدلهای سنتی قدرت حاکمیتی توضیح داد، بلکه باید آن را به عنوان شبکه ای پیچیده از روابط قدرت تحلیل کرد که از طریق گفتمان دینی، سازوکارهای انضباطی و مدیریت زندگی اجتماعی اعمال می شود. یافته ها نشان می دهد که بیت العدل به کارگیری مکانیزم‌های گفتمانی، با اعمال قدرت از طریق نظارت بر کنش‌هایی چون انضباط‌بخشی وطرد و شمول، کنترل به اسم مدیریت، با نادیده گرفتن تنوع فرهنگی و اجتماعی در جامعه، عدم پذیرش انتقادات و نظرات مخالف، محدودیت‌های ساختاری و وابستگی ساختاری خود با قدرتهای جهان، درصدد ایجاد «سوژه بهائی» مطیع و یکسان‌سازی فرهنگی تحت لوای صلح جهانی، با چالش های ساختاری متعددی مواجه است. روش این پژوهش، کیفی - تحلیلی ست که باگفتمان قدرت – دانش فوکو به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا بیت العدل می‌تواند با توجه به انتقادات فوکو، به عنوان نهادی قابل اعتماد در کنار چالش‌ها و محدودیت‌ها، به پیشبرد صلح پایدار بپردازد؟
