abstract = {Religious institutions serve as vital platforms for fostering cultural development, social cohesion, and community well-being. This study evaluates the organisational culture of cultural activities within two prominent religious contexts: Iran’s Mosque Cultural-Art Centers (Fahma) and Catholic Cultural Centers (CCC) worldwide, through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. Drawing on thematic analysis of expert insights and existing literature, the research constructs comparative SWOT matrices to explore convergences and divergences in their cultural functions. Both institutions emphasise youth engagement, family-oriented programs, and spiritual enrichment. Nevertheless, differences in organisational culture are evident: Fahma’s mosque-based, localised structure facilitates grassroots participation but faces challenges in technological adaptation, while CCC benefits from its global networks and rich artistic traditions, yet is constrained by bureaucratic processes. Findings suggest that integrating digital innovation, promoting interfaith and intercultural dialogue, and developing apolitical cultural initiatives are critical strategies to address external threats such as secularisation, sanctions, and sociopolitical sensitivities. By comparing two distinct models of faith-based cultural organisation, the study contributes to understanding how organisational culture shapes the effectiveness of religious institutions in sustaining cultural vitality and expanding their societal impact.

abstract_fa ={نهادهای دینی به عنوان بسترهای حیاتی برای تقویت توسعه فرهنگی و انسجام اجتماعی عمل می‌کنند. این مطالعه، فعالیت‌های فرهنگی را از طریق تحلیل تکافت در دو نهاد دینی ارزیابی می نماید: مراکز فرهنگی-هنری مساجد ایران  و مراکز فرهنگی کاتولیک (CCC)، . این تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل موضوعی بینش‌های متخصصان و ادبیات موجود، ماتریس‌های تکافت مقایسه‌ای را برای بررسی همگرایی‌ها و واگرایی‌ها در کارکردهای فرهنگی آنها ایجاد می‌کند. هر دو نهاد بر مشارکت جوانان، برنامه‌های خانواده‌محور و غنی‌سازی معنوی تأکید دارند. با این وجود، تفاوت‌هایی در فعالیت های فرهنگی آنان مشهود است: ساختار محلی و مبتنی بر مسجد کانون ها، مشارکت مردمی را تسهیل می‌کند اما با چالش‌هایی در سازگاری فناوری مواجه است، در حالی که CCC از شبکه‌های جهانی و سنت‌های هنری غنی خود بهره می‌برد، اما توسط فرآیندهای بوروکراتیک محدود می‌شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ادغام نوآوری دیجیتال، ترویج گفتگوی بین ادیان و بین فرهنگی و توسعه ابتکارات فرهنگی غیرسیاسی، استراتژی‌های حیاتی برای مقابله با تهدیدهای خارجی مانند سکولاریزاسیون، تحریم‌ها و حساسیت‌های اجتماعی-سیاسی هستند. این مطالعه با مقایسه دو مدل متمایز از سازمان فرهنگی مبتنی بر ایمان، به درک چگونگی توسعه اثربخشی فعالیت های فرهنگی، حفظ نشاط فرهنگی و گسترش تأثیر اجتماعی آنها کمک می‌کند.},
