abstract = {The issue of the human rights is considered as a means of assessing and valuing man in the 21st century to the extend that due to the expansion of its legal dimensions towards politics, security and sovereignty is about to become a norm and standard in governingـــــــ an unjust standard that isolates all types of criterion and understanding, even religious and civilized understandings. The most basic concept behind the contemporary human rights is the human dignity. Conceptual analysis of th human rights based on dignity leads to hidden challenges that have so far not been discussed. While analyzing the identity of human dignity, its status, and the implications of the human rights, this paper examines the critical human rights studies that historically criticize the theoretical foundations, methodology, value creation, legal normalization, functions and the human rights in the current world. The function of the conceptual analysis, is recognizing the network of knowledge and making a functional alignment between the common human rights literature of Islam and Christianity.

abstract_fa ={حقوق بشر در دنیای معاصر، بسان گفتمان غالب ارزیابی و ارزش داوری انسان تراز قرن بیست و یکم به کار بسته می شود؛ کاربستی که رفته رفته ابعاد حقوقی آن به سویه های سیاسی، امنیتی و حاکمیتی اش سرازیر می شود و به نُرمی از حکومت داری بدل می گردد؛ استاندارد فزونی طلبی که هر ملاک و فهمی را ولو مبتنی بر ادیان و تمدن های کهن، به گوشه‌ی انزوا می نهد. پایه ای ترین مفهومی که حقوق بشر معاصر خود را بر آن بنا نهاده، کرامت انسان است. تحلیل هندسه‌ی مفهومی حقوق بشرِ مبتنی بر کرامت، چالش های پنهانی را به عرصه می کشد که تاکنون مجال چندانی برای ظهور و بروز نداشته اند.
جریان مطالعات انتقادی حقوق بشر که ضمن ریشه یابی این گونگی آن به روش تاریخ نگری، به نقد بنیادهای نظری، روش شناسی ارزش آفرینی، هنجارسازی حقوقی، کارکردها و از همه مهم تر آورده‌ی حقوق بشر در دنیای کنونی می پردازد، مورد تحلیل و جریان شناسی مقاله‌ی حاضر قرار گرفته و در ضمن چند پرسش اصلی، به بازخوانی انتقادی هویت کرامت انسان و جایگاه و دلالت های حقوق بشر پرداخته است. آنچه پیش رو دارید، تلاشی است مبتنی بر روش تحلیل هندسه‌ی مفهومی، بازشناسی شبکه‌ی دانشی و تطبیق کارکردی بین ادبیات رایج حقوق بشری، اسلام و مسیحیت.},
