abstract = {Making rules and regulations in religions is the introduction to eternal perfection and prosperity. Achieving this destination, the All-Creator and All-knowing God should send His rules to the human being through the prophets. Gathas, an attributed Book to Zoroaster and the only heavenly Book of Zoroastrians, does not speak about law "Sharia"; But most of the juridical and legal issues are mentioned in the Avesta Vindhid and other Zoroastrian scriptures. Zoroastrian Sharia has changed in different periods, and as the Zoroastrian priests have said, this issue - changing and removing of some legal rules - is still ongoing. The reason of these ongoing changes is that, these rules and laws are man-made, not the revelation or the divine word. Explaining the Sharia and its relevant issues in Zoroastrianism, this paper analyzes the topic in details.},

abstract_fa ={جعل احکام و قوانین در ادیان، مقدمه‌ی رسیدن به تکامل و سعادت ابدی است. لازمه‌ی وصول به این مقصد، این است که خدای جهان آفرین و آگاه به مصالح انسانی، احکام الهی را از طریق پیامبران به بشر رسانده باشد. در گاهان (=گات ها) منسوب به زرتشت پیامبر و تنها متن آسمانی نزد زرتشتیان، سخنی از شریعت نیامده است؛ بلکه بیشترِ مباحث فقهی و حقوقی، در وندیداد اوستا و سایر متون دینی زرتشتیان آمده است. شریعت زرتشتی در دوره های مختلف دچار تغییر و تبدیل شده است و به    تصریح موبدان زرتشتی، این امر ـ یعنی تغییر و حذف برخی احکام حقوقی و شرعی ـ همچنان ادامه دارد. منشأ این همه دگرگونی در احکام و قوانین تا به امروز، بدین سبب بوده است که این امور ساخته و پرداخته بشر بوده اند، نه وحی و کلام الهی. مقاله‌ی حاضر نخست به توصیف شریعت و مباحث مرتبط با آن در آیین زرتشت پرداخته و ادامه‌ی مباحث به تحلیل و بررسی مباحث مطرح شده اختصاص یافته است.},
