abstract = {Abstract
With regard to the concept of “marriage” and “family” in early Christianity, it is clarified that these concepts have undergone sweeping changes from the Jewish context to Jesus Christ and different readings by Paul and Agustin, as theologians and interpreters. They introduced the concept of marriage into the theology realm, in such a way that the common concept of marriage and family in Judaism and early Christianity was mixed with of the love relationship between Christ and church; then in Middle Ages, Catholic Church emphasized further on the theological and supernatural aspects of these concepts. But the Church which had ignored the Law, added rigid Canon law to it and created many challenges for Christians. After the second Vatican council, Catholic Church, should have contrived to take some measures for confronting these challenges and preserving Canon law and the community of believers. Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis had more efforts than the others to find a solution for this problem. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research illustrates how the concept of marriage is enriched by adding metaphorical and sacramental meaning to it and by extremism in the laws of Catholic Church, and shows its consequences.

abstract_fa ={با نگاهی به مفهوم «ازدواج» و «خانواده» در گذشته‌ی مسیحیت، روشن می¬شود که این مفاهیم از بستر یهودی، تا نگاهی که عیسی علیه السلام به آن داشته و فهم متفاوتی که پولس و آگوستین، به عنوان مفسر و الهیدان به آن داشته¬اند، تغییرات معناداری یافته است. آنان مفهوم ازدواج را به قلمرو الهیاتی وارد کردند، به گونه ای که مفهوم رایج و مرسوم ازدواج و خانواده در یهودیت و مسیحیتِ اولیه، با رابطه محبت آمیز مسیح و کلیسا درآمیخت. کلیسای کاتولیک نیز در قرون وسطی، بیشتر بر بعد الهیاتی و فراطبیعی این مفاهیم تاکید کرد. اما کلیسایی که شریعت را کنار گذاشته بود، در این زمینه قوانین کلیسایی سختی را بر آن افزود و چالش¬های بسیاری را برای مسیحیان به وجود آورد. کلیسای کاتولیک، پس از شورای دوم واتیکان در رویارویی با این چالش و برای حفظ قوانین کلیسایی، و حفظ جامعه مؤمنان، باید تدابیری می¬اندیشید. پاپ ژان پل دوم و پاپ فرانسیس، بیش از دیگران تلاش کردند تا راه حلی برای این مشکل پیدا کنند. این پژوهش، با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی، چگونگی فربه شدن مفهوم ازدواج، با افزودن معنایی مجازی بر آن و جنبه‌ی آیینی یافتن آن و نوعی افراط ورزی در قوانین کلیسای کاتولیک و پیامدهای آن را نشان می دهد.},
