abstract = {The relationship between morality and religious law is among the ambiguous issues in the New Testament. Catholic Church explains his view on this issue to resolve this ambiguity in the New Testament. This paper analyzes and examines the relationship between morality and religious law in Catholicism. Morality is considered a branch of theology. Catholic offers a new interpretation of the law based on grace and makes Christians to enjoy the freedom of not having to perform the traditional religious laws. The result of the research implies that according to Catholic teachings it is impossible to separate law from morality in as far as principles, sources and position are concerned, and the two are absolutely inseparable from one another. Therefore, it seems that giving the Catholic religion law the title of "moral code" will be alright.},

abstract_fa ={از جمله موضوعات مبهم در عهد جدید، ترابط اخلاق و شریعت است و بررسی آن در مسیحیت کاتولیک مهم است. کاتولیک ها برای رفع این ابهام و چالش از عهد جدید، به تبیین دیدگاه خود پرداختند. این مقاله به بررسی، تحلیل و مقایسه رابطه‌ی اخلاق و شریعت در آیین کاتولیک در مسیحیت می پردازد. آنان اخلاق را شاخه ای از الهیات می دانند و به گونه ای تبیین و تفسیر می کنند که شریعت انجیل در درون آن قرار می گیرد. کاتولیک، تفسیری جدید از شریعت ارائه می کند که بر فیض استوار است، و فرد مسیحی را از رعایت اعمال و مناسک شریعت قدیم می رهاند. حاصل تحقیق بیانگر آن است که در تعالیم کاتولیک، از لحاظ مبانی، منابع و جایگاه، نمی توان شریعت را از اخلاق جدا کرد، بلکه میان آن  دو، اتحاد کامل برقرار است. به همین دلیل، عنوان «شریعت اخلاقی» برای شریعت کاتولیکی درست به نظر می رسد.},
