In the Jewish ethical system, the theory of values has a teleological property; i.e. man achieves the goal of Godlikeness by adhering to moral principles and avoiding vices, and so deserves to be called holy, just and honest. Expounding the requirements and scope of the concept of Godlikeness based on inter-religious sources, the present paper seeks to investigate its process according to the four-fold stages of Jewish ethics. It seems that in pre-modern ethical stages, Godlikeness succeeded to ensure its position as one of the objectives of Jewish ethical system. However, influenced by Kant’s ideas, the nature of Jewish ethics in modern time undergoes transformation from teleology into deontology. However, some instances of the authenticity of Godlikeness can be detected in this morality. یکی از عناصر مهم در هر نظام اخلاقی، نظریه‌ی ارزش است که بر اساس آن، ملاک درستی یا نادرستی اعمال در آن نظام اخلاقی تبیین می گردد. در نظام اخلاقی یهود، نظریه‌ی ارزش از نوع غایت محور بوده که آدمی با عمل به فضایل و دوری از رذایل اخلاقی، به غایت خداگونگی دست یافته و مستحق عناوینی همچون مقدس، عادل و صدیق می گردد. این تحقیق، بر آن است که ضمن واکاوی لوازم و قلمرو مفهوم خداگونگی بر اساس منابع درون دینی، فرایند آن را بر اساس ادوار چهارگانه اخلاق یهودی تحلیل نماید. به نظر می رسد، خداگونگی در ادوار اخلاقی پیش از مدرن، جایگاه خود را به عنوان غایت در نظام اخلاقی یهود حفظ کرد. اما در دوران مدرن و با تأثیرپذیری از نظریات کانت، اخلاق یهودی در حال تبدل ماهیت از غایت گرایی به وظیفه گرایی است. با این حال، نمونه هایی از اصالت خداگونگی را می توان در این اخلاق مشاهده کرد. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_21.pdf
