abstract = {Having faced numerous vicissitudes, Zoroastrianism has had a variety of experiences throughout the history. This religion is full of ambiguities, ranging from the birth date and birth place of Zoroaster -as the founder of this religion -to its being monotheistic or polytheistic. The present article is an attempt to remove a part of these ambiguities. It deals with the position of this religion and studying it as a monotheistic or a dualistic one. The outcome of the article is that Zoroastrianism has originally been a monotheistic religion having gradually turned towards dualistic leanings. At the time being, the traces of monotheism may be found in it. However, the central topic of the article is the final truth or the final objective of this religion. },

abstract_fa ={آیین زردشت، در طول تاریخ با فرازونشیب های فراوانی رو به رو شده و در این مسیر،  تجربیات گوناگونی را از سر گذرانده است. این آیین، ابهامات فراوانی را با خود به همراه  دارد؛ از زمان و مکان تولد زردشت؛ به عنوان بنیان گذار این دین گرفته، تا توحیدی یا  شرک آمیز بودن آن. در این نوشتار، تلاش بر این است تا به گوشه ای از این ابهامات پاسخ  داده شود. این مقاله به بررسی جایگاه آیین زردشت و توحیدی یا ثنوی بودن آن می پردازد.  حاصل این مقاله این است که این آیین، نخست توحیدی بوده است؛ اما به مرور به سمت وسوی  ثنویت سوق یافته است. ولی اکنون نیز رگه های توحیدی را در آن می توان یافت. البته لازم  به یاد آوری است که بحث از حقیقت غایی در این دین، موضوع محوری این مقاله است.},
