abstract = {Abstract
In Christianity, some doctrines, rites and manner of practicing religion have been influenced by the mysterious religions and schools of ancient Greece. Among the influences they were exposed to is monasticism in Christianity. The Christian concept of monasticism might have its roots in Gnosticism. Many of the ideas of Saint Antony, who is known as the father of Christian monasticism, and who criticizes gnosticism have been influenced by Gnosticism. Such aspects, like: dissociation oneself from this world, self-discipline and austerity, solitude and self-denial, which characterize Antony's monasticism, have a sense of Gnosticism. Antony's theology also about epistemology, universalogy, anthropology and knowing salvation is influenced by gnosticism.

abstract_fa ={دین مسیحیت در برخی آموزه ها و نیز برخی شعایر و چگونگی دین ورزی، تحت تأثیر ادیان و مکاتب اسرارآمیز یونان باستان بوده است. از جمله‌ی این تأثیرپذیری ها، می توان به جریان رهبانیت در مسیحیت اشاره کرد. به نظر می رسد، ریشه های رهبانیت مسیحی را می توان در آیین گنوسی جست وجو کرد. آنتونی قدیس، که به عنوان پدر رهبانیت مسیحی شناخته می شود، در عین حال که از جمله منتقدان آیین گنوسی بود، در بسیاری از اندیشه هایش از آیین گنوسی تأثیر پذیرفته است. خصوصیاتی همچون ترک دنیا، ریاضت و مراقبه باطنی، تجرد و خودانکاری، که از ویژگی های رهبانیت آنتونی به شمار می رود، صبغه‌ی گنوسی دارد. الهیات آنتونی، در باب معرفت شناسی، جهان شناسی، انسان شناسی و نجات شناسی نیز از آیین گنوسی تأثیر پذیرفته است.},
