It seems that most of his teachings have their roots in in Indian ancient schools and the doctrines of well-known figures before him. However they are presented by Sai Baba in a more modern fashion. Studying his important teachings and his claim that he is the reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi and has supernatural powers, it is concluded that none of his teachings correspond with divine teachings from the view point of theology, cosmology and soteriology. Furthermore, his apparently magical actions have been proved to be nothing more than but legerdemain, and even if they were real, they couldn't prove his claim to divinity. این مقاله به بررسی اجمالی زندگی سَتْهیه سای بابا و مهم ترین آموزه های او، تبیین و شباهت ها و تفاوت های آن با ادیان و مکاتب معنوی هند، به ویژه مکتب هندویی ادوَیته وِدَه نته (Advaita Vedanta) و آموزه های عرفا و بزرگان سلف او مانند سای بابای شْریدی می پردازد. به نظر می رسد بیشتر آموزه های وی ریشه در مکاتب باستانی هندی و تعالیم شخصیت های مشهور پیش از خودش دارد، که سای بابا آنها را در قالبی امروزی بیان کرده است. با نقد و بررسی آموزه ها و دعاوی مهم وی، یعنی اینکه تجسد خداوند است و اعمال فوق بشری انجام می دهد، این نتیجه حاصل می شود که هیچ یک از تعالیم وی از منظر خداشناختی، جهان شناختی و نجات شناختی، با تعالیم الهی سنخیتی ندارد. همچنین اعمال به ظاهر جادویی وی نیز، اولاً، در بسیاری از موارد ثابت شده که چیزی جز تردستی نیست و ثانیاً، حتی اگر واقعیت نیز می داشت داعیه خدا بودن وی را ثابت نمی کرد. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_11.pdf
