In this regard, we can refer to reactionary, assaulting, cultural and dialectical approaches. The present paper was conducted with the aim of elaborating on the missionary positions of Vatican, and investigates the claim that Church has used different approaches to conduct its missionary activities in Islamic societies. A documentary-analytical method is used in this research. It is a sort of intermission which shows that the process of dialog among religions, especially between Islam and Christianity, is a critical and complex process, and makes us to deeply understand this dialog in the form of propagation and missionary. This issue is of great importance for scholars, administrators and policy makers of this dialog. از زمان ظهور اسلام، مسیحیت فعالیت تبشیری خود را نسبت به مسلمانان، در اشکال متفاوتی انجام داده است. در این زمینه، می توان به رویکرد انفعالی، هجومی، فرهنگی و دیالوگی اشاره کرد. این مقاله، با روش اسنادی ـ تحلیلی و با هدف تبیین مواضع تبشیری واتیکان نگارش یافته، و به بررسی این مدعا می پردازد که کلیسا با رویکردهای گوناگون به فعالیت تبشیری در جوامع اسلامی پرداخته است. این پژوهش، درنگی است که مسیر گفت وگوی بین الادیان، به ویژه اسلام و مسیحیت را حساس و پیچیده نشان می دهد و موجب درک عمیق از گفت وگو در قالب تبلیغ و تبشیر می شود؛ نکته ای که شایسته‌ی توجه دانشمندان، مجریان و سیاست گذاران گفت وگو است. https://marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateadyan.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_7.pdf
