abstract = {Today, the followers of divine religions hold that religious and human coexistence is contingent upon the dialogues among religious thinkers. Naturally, these dialogues are centered on the revealed books. One of the questions which can be searched in the Quran and the Bible is the issue of labor. Man has two dimensions: material and spiritual and their perfection can be realized through labor. The present paper tries to extract the moral status of labor from the main sources of Islam and Judaism including Quran, infallible Imam's traditions, the Bible and its authentic commentary and then analyze it. Islam condemns idleness and believes that God grants aid to those who carry the burden of responsiblity. According to Torah, God placed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden to work there and preserve it.},

abstract_fa ={امروزه معتقدان به ادیان الهی، هم زیستی دینی و انسانی را در گرو گفت وگوی بین اندیشمندان مذهبی می دانند. طبیعی است که محور اصلی این گفت وگوها متون وحیانی است. از موضوعات مشترک تحقیقی بین قرآن و کتاب مقدس، بحث کار و تلاش است. انسان دو بعد مادی و معنوی است که تکامل در هریک از آنها، تنها در سایه تلاش محقق می شود. این پژوهش، درصدد است جایگاه اخلاقی کار را از منابع اصلی دو دین، یعنی قرآن و روایات معصومان(ع)، کتاب مقدس و تفاسیر معتبر آن استخراج و تحلیل نماید. اسلام سستی را مذمت نموده و نصرت الهی را از آن کسانی می داند که متعهدانه تلاش می کنند. در تورات آمده است که خداوند آدم و حوا را در بهشت عدن گذاشت تا کار کنند و از آن نگهداری نمایند.},
